About Thomas Gerald
Thomas Gerald Bellwoar built a law career that began in classrooms and moved quickly into courtrooms. He earned a B.S. in psychology from The Catholic University of America in 1987 and took his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1990. Fresh out of law school he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Tullio Gene Leompora at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He has handled matters that required briefing and appearances in Pennsylvania courts and has credentials to appear in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
