About Thomas G.
Thomas G. Siracusa earned his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1986 after completing a bachelor’s degree in accounting at Loyola University Chicago in 1983. His schooling combined legal training with a grounding in financial and numerical analysis. That combination has informed how he approaches casework and client matters throughout his career.
After law school, Siracusa established his practice in Illinois and built a courtroom-oriented practice. He is admitted to the Illinois bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Over the years he has maintained active membership in several professional organizations, including the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Justinian Society of Lawyers, the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar, and the American Bar Association.
Colleagues and peers note that Siracusa’s background in accounting often plays a practical role in litigation strategy and case preparation. He has handled matters that require close attention to financial detail and evidentiary presentation. His association memberships reflect regular engagement with trial practitioners and regional bar activities, and he has remained involved in those circles while practicing in both state and federal courts.
Siracusa’s career has been built around courtroom work and client advocacy. He has experience preparing cases for trial and appearing before judges in Illinois courts and the Northern District of Illinois. He has worked on matters that call for careful document review, witness preparation, and courtroom presentation. He has also drawn on his accounting training when cases demanded financial analysis or the interpretation of complex economic records.
Throughout his career Siracusa has balanced litigation responsibilities with ongoing participation in professional groups. He has stayed current with developments in trial practice through the organizations to which he belongs, and he continues to participate in the local legal community in Chicago.
He currently practices at Power Rogers & Smith, P.C., representing clients in Illinois and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
