About Thomas Eric
Thomas Eric Panzer earned his law degree from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 1993 after completing a Bachelor of Science at Tulane University in 1987. He moved into practice at a time when workers' compensation and municipal law were drawing increased attention in Pennsylvania. His academic background set a straightforward path into courtroom work and administrative proceedings.
Panzer began his legal career in 1993 at Swartz, Campbell & Detweiler. He spent the next several years building experience and moved to Thomas C. Lowry, Esq., P.C. & Associates in 1998. Three years later he became a partner at McNamara, Bolla & Panzer PC, a role that expanded his involvement in litigation and client counseling. In 2016 he joined High Swartz LLP as a partner. That same year he served as treasurer for Bucks County, Pennsylvania, a public position that added a layer of fiscal oversight to his professional responsibilities.
Throughout his career Panzer has been active in bar groups that align with his practice. He has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association since 2001 and participates in its Workers Compensation and Municipal Law Sections. He also holds membership in the Philadelphia Bar Association's Workers Compensation Section from 2001 onward. Between 2018 and 2021 he served on the Board of Directors for the Bucks County Bar Association's Workers Compensation Section.
