Mr. Reid earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California, graduating in 2002. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Nevada, Reno, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice in 1998. During his time at McGeorge School of Law, he was actively involved in the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity and participated in various legal seminars and workshops.

He provides comprehensive services such as drafting wills and trusts, assisting with probate administration, offering business formation and litigation support, and advising on elder care legal matters. Throughout his career, Mr. Reid has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Sacramento, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also appeared before the Oregon State Courts. Before establishing his own firm, he worked as an associate attorney at Happe Reid, PC, for ten years, gaining extensive experience in estate planning and business law.

Mr. Reid is an active member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Nevada, and the Oregon State Bar. He has served in various leadership roles within the Sacramento County Bar Association, including Treasurer, Secretary, Vice President, and Past President of the Probate and Estate Planning Section. He has lectured for the National Business Institute and served as an adjunct professor for Heald College’s and MTI College's paralegal programs.
