About Terence Sean
Terence Sean McGraw began his academic path with a bachelor’s degree in history from Bradley University in 1979. He stayed in the classroom long enough to pivot into law and earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1983. The combination of a liberal arts background and legal training has shaped a steady, methodical approach to his practice.
After law school McGraw moved into clerkships. In 1984 he worked at Dischell, Bartle, Yanoff & Dooley, P.C., and the following year he served as a law clerk at Solomon, Berschler, Warren Schatz, P.C. He became an associate there in 1986 and spent those early years learning courtroom procedure and client counseling. By the mid-1990s his career shifted toward private practice leadership. In 1994 he was listed both as an associate at the Law Offices of Thomas E. Angst & Associates, P.C., and as a founding partner of Monte & McGraw, P.C.
He launched McGraw & Associates, LLC in 2007 as owner and continued to build a practice in Pennsylvania. In 2010 his name appears at Warren McGraw & Knowles LLC, an office where he has continued his work. Over more than three decades McGraw has moved through clerking, associate roles, partnership and solo practice. The dates show a steady progression from employee to firm leader.
McGraw holds a certification as a Specialist in Workers Compensation from the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Workers Compensation Section, as approved by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and has maintained memberships in professional organizations that align with the subjects he handles. He has been part of the American Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania Bar Association since 1986. He joined the National Organization of Social Security Representatives in 1994 and has been active in the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Workers Compensation Section, and the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Workers Compensation Committee since the mid-1980s.
Outside the office McGraw served as president of the Lower Gwiynedd Little League from 2002 to 2004 and holds membership in the Ancient Order of Hibernians since 2005. Those roles reflect an involvement in community and civic life alongside his legal work.
His practice has long involved workers’ compensation and Social Security disability matters. He practices at Warren McGraw & Knowles LLC, where he handles workers’ compensation and Social Security disability cases.
