About Bruce H.
Bruce H. Neumann earned his undergraduate degree in Administration of Justice from Pennsylvania State University, University Park in 1975. He continued his legal education at Widener University Delaware School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1979. Those years laid the foundation for a long career practicing law in Pennsylvania.
