About Tamara Pacini
An eye for detail and a habit of clear storytelling shape how she approaches legal work. Tamara Pacini Bibb earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, News/Editorial, from Southern Methodist University in 2003. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 2007. Those academic years established a foundation in investigation, legal research and plainspoken writing.
After law school, she began practicing in Texas. She is admitted to the Texas bar and has worked from the Houston office on matters that require careful document drafting, factual development and client communication. Colleagues describe her as deliberate and exacting in courtroom preparation and in written advocacy, and her background in journalism often shows up in how she organizes complex facts into clear narratives.
Her training in journalism informs her legal technique. Reporting skills translate into methodical fact-gathering. Editing habits produce concise briefs and memos. She places emphasis on communicating with clients in straightforward terms, so they understand options and the likely course of a matter.
Throughout her career she has handled a range of assignments that depend on attention to procedure and timelines. She has assisted on cases that required detailed discovery, deposition preparation and synthesis of technical records. On transactional matters she has focused on precise drafting and review, aiming to reduce ambiguity in contractual language. Her practice balances written advocacy and practical problem solving.
In professional settings she has taken part in hearings, settlement negotiations and pretrial strategy sessions. She prepares witnesses, manages documentary evidence and coordinates with experts when technical issues arise. Those tasks echo the same investigative instincts she developed in newsrooms: verify, corroborate and present findings clearly.
Outside of case work she has maintained ties to legal education and professional development opportunities, attending continuing education programs to stay current on evolving rules and procedures. She also draws on her undergraduate studies when crafting client-facing materials and internal reports.
Based in the Houston office, she represents clients across Texas. Her current practice focuses on serving clients from the firm’s Houston office and providing clear, well-reasoned legal work in matters brought in Texas.
