About Susan
Susan Chadderdon earned her law degree from California Western School of Law after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado Boulder. Her academic path combined a West Coast law education with roots in Colorado's public university system. Those two experiences shaped the practical approach she would bring to the practice of law.
After law school she established herself in Colorado. She is licensed to practice in that state and built a career that led to private practice and firm leadership. Over the years she handled matters that required careful case management and an ability to coordinate multiple moving parts. That steadiness in practice is a thread through her professional narrative.
Chadderdon is a founding partner of Anaya & Chadderdon, P.C. As a founding partner she takes part in setting the firm’s direction, managing client relationships and overseeing case strategy. Her role involves both administrative responsibilities and hands-on legal work. The combination of firm management and active client representation defines the day-to-day life she leads at the firm.
Her work includes counseling clients, preparing pleadings and steering matters through litigation when necessary. She has experience guiding cases from intake to resolution. Colleagues describe her as pragmatic in the office and attentive at client meetings. She approaches each matter with an eye for practical solutions and an emphasis on clear communication.
Outside of casework she has engaged with peers in professional settings and remained involved in the legal community in Colorado. That participation supports her awareness of developments in state law and court practice. Her colleagues rely on her institutional knowledge when confronting procedural questions or complex filings.
Today she practices at Anaya & Chadderdon, P.C., where she combines firm leadership with direct representation of clients. Her current practice focuses on matters arising under Colorado law.
