Steven M Coodin took a conventional path into the law, starting with a liberal arts education and finishing at a regional law school. He earned a B.A. from the University of Manitoba in 1996, majoring in psychology and minoring in sociology. He went on to receive his J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2001.
After law school he entered private practice. In 2002 he opened Coodin Law Office, LLC and worked as a solo practitioner. He handled the responsibilities that come with running a small firm: client intake, case management and courtroom appearances. Coodin practices in Minnesota. He maintains membership in the Washington County Bar Association. Over more than two decades in practice he has continued to serve individuals and businesses in the state. His career has involved both solo and collaborative practice, and he has experience managing the practical and procedural aspects of running a law office.
