About Steven James (Jim)

Steven James (Jim) Park built a steady legal foundation before entering practice. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah in 2002. He then completed a Juris Doctor at the University of Arkansas in 2005 and added an LL.M. from the University of Missouri 6 Kansas City School of Law later that same year. Those years of study set the stage for a courtroom-centered career.

Park is admitted to practice in Nevada, Utah and Arkansas. He has been a member of the State Bar of Nevada since 2006 and the State Bar of Utah since 2007. He also holds membership in the National Trial Lawyers Association beginning in 2022. His federal credentials include practice rights in the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Utah and Nevada.

Those credentials have framed how he approaches cases. He works in civil litigation and personal injury matters, representing clients in state and federal courts. His trial membership and court admissions reflect an emphasis on contested matters. Colleagues describe him as methodical in courtroom preparation and firm in courtroom presentation.

Park 2s path to litigation has been practical and hands-on. He took the conventional route of law degrees and bar admissions, then moved into litigation practice rather than transactional law. Over the years he has maintained ties to professional groups that center on trial work. That network gives him exposure to evolving litigation strategies and the chance to test approaches against peers.

He practices at We Win Injury Law, where he operates across the firm 2s offices. That platform sends him into both pretrial negotiation and courtroom settings. He represents clients in claims that require factual development, witness preparation and court advocacy. His work routinely involves filings in state courts and, when the record requires, appearances before federal judges.

Outside the courtroom, Park keeps current on procedural and substantive developments in the jurisdictions where he practices. He participates in bar activities and stays engaged with trial-focused professional groups. He lives and works in the region and divides his time among the firm 2s locations as case demands dictate. He currently concentrates his practice on personal injury litigation and related civil claims.
