Steven Alexander Culbreath earned his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1998 after completing a bachelor’s degree in political science and international affairs at the University of South Florida in 1996. He returned to the classroom later in his career and completed a cybersecurity certification at St. Petersburg College in 2019, a credential that reflects a broader interest in technology and privacy issues alongside traditional legal practice.
