About Stephen R.
Stephen R. Bloomquest earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2010. He finished law school at a time when many young attorneys were weighing clerkships, public service and private practice. He chose to set up his own firm soon after beginning his career.
In 2011 he established Quest Law PLLC and has served as its lawyer owner since that year. Building a firm from the ground up shaped how he approaches the work. He learned early the practical demands of running a small law office alongside providing legal services. The combination of casework and practice management informs how he organizes files and communicates with clients.
Bloomquest is admitted to practice in Virginia. He maintains his practice in that jurisdiction and handles matters that arise under Virginia law. His professional record shows continuity; he has continued at Quest Law PLLC for more than a decade. That continuity has allowed him to develop working relationships with other attorneys, court staff and local professionals involved in litigation and transactional matters.
