About Stephen M.
Stephen M. Beaudoin earned his law degree from Ohio Northern University in 1991 after completing a bachelor’s degree at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 1986. His academic path included membership in the Phi Kappa Phi honors fraternity. Those years set the groundwork for a practice that spans state and federal matters.
He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Maryland and is also authorized to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Those admissions allow him to take cases in both state and federal forums, depending on where a dispute arises and the issues involved.
In 1996 he became a partner at Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP. He has been associated with that firm since then, handling matters that reach local courts as well as the federal district bench. The partner role has involved mentoring younger lawyers and working on multi-layered cases alongside colleagues, balancing courtroom work with the demands of firm practice.
Beaudoin holds memberships in the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association. He remains active in those professional circles and in Phi Kappa Phi, maintaining ties to the legal and academic communities where colleagues exchange developments in law and procedure.
His courtroom experience includes appearances in Pennsylvania courts and filings in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania when federal jurisdiction is appropriate. He represents clients in disputes that require litigation, and he prepares matters for trial when settlement is not achieved. His work covers procedural strategy, case development, and advocacy before judges and juries.
Sources of work come from a mix of referrals and clients who seek representation in the region. He directs case preparation, marshals evidence, and handles the procedural steps necessary in both state and federal practice. He is known among peers for steady courtroom presence and practical case management rather than headline-grabbing litigation.
Today Beaudoin continues his practice at Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP, advising and representing clients in matters brought in Pennsylvania and Maryland courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
