About Stephen J.
Stephen J. Antonucci is an attorney admitted to practice in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He earned his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2019 after beginning law school in 2016. His time in law school included courtroom-adjacent experience that shaped his approach to legal work.
During his studies, Antonucci served as a legal extern at the Rhode Island Supreme Court in 2018. The externship placed him inside a state high court during a formative stage of his training. He observed appellate procedures and contributed to the day-to-day tasks that support judicial decision-making, an experience that informed his view of litigation and court practice.
After law school, Antonucci moved into practice in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts legal communities. He has worked on matters that require careful research and clear written advocacy. Colleagues describe him as methodical and steady; clients have relied on him for calm handling of procedural issues and legal filings. He has balanced court work with client consultation, drafting pleadings and briefs when cases called for them.
Antonucci’s background combines courtroom exposure and practical office experience. He has spent time handling litigation-related tasks and procedural work across state courts. His training at the state supreme court contributed to an attentiveness to appellate briefing and the mechanics of court submissions. That early exposure continues to shape how he prepares cases and approaches deadlines.
He is currently an attorney at Anthony DeSisto Law Associates, LLC. There he practices in matters that arise in Rhode Island and Massachusetts courts and provides representation in both trial and procedural settings. He continues to draw on his judicial externship experience and his law school training while representing clients and managing casework. He currently focuses his practice on matters arising in Rhode Island and Massachusetts courts.
