Stephen Anthony Varga is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1980. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Varga is the owner of the Law Office of Stephen A. Varga, a law firm located in Rolling Hills Estates, California. He has been practicing law for over four decades, serving clients throughout the Los Angeles metropolitan area and surrounding counties in Southern California.
Mr. Varga earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he graduated in 1979. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Stanford University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1975. His background in psychology has been particularly beneficial in his criminal law practice, especially in areas such as jury selection and understanding jury dynamics.
Mr. Varga concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense, family law, and personal injury. He represents individuals in matters involving DUI charges, drug offenses, assault, theft, and other criminal allegations. In family law, he handles cases related to divorce, child custody, and support. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years.

He is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Varga is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Los Angeles County effectively.
