About Stephanie
Stephanie Poli entered the study of law after completing a B.A. in psychology at the University of Arizona and a J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco. Her undergraduate work in psychology informed how she approaches facts and witness testimony. Law school refined that interest into legal reasoning. She carried the analytical habits formed in both places into her early practice.
Her path to practice took her to California, where she is admitted to the bar. At law school she balanced doctrinal courses with clinical experiences. They also gave her an appreciation for careful client interviews and evidence development.
Poli joined Gomez Trial Lawyers as part of the firm’s legal team. In that setting she has worked on case preparation, discovery, and motion practice. She spends time drafting pleadings and briefs, assembling exhibits, and preparing witnesses for deposition and trial. Her day-to-day work mixes office-based research and drafting with time in court and at client meetings.
