About Stephanie
Stephanie Arrache graduated from Chapman University Fowler School of Law before beginning a legal career in California. Her time at Chapman set a foundation in courtroom procedure and appellate writing. She moved into practice soon after completing law school and established her own office early in her career.
In 2011 she opened the Law Office of Stephanie M. Arrache. That year marked the start of her work as a lawyer in the state. She has maintained a solo practice model, taking on matters that require both trial presence and administrative advocacy. Running a small firm has meant handling case management, client counseling and court appearances personally.
Arrache joined professional associations that reflect the work she pursued. She has been a member of the California Public Defenders Association since 2011 and the Desert Bar Association since the same year. Those memberships connected her to colleagues across the state and region and provided access to training and case law updates relevant to defense practice and local court procedure.
From 2012 to 2014 she served on the Palm Springs Administrative Board of Appeals. That position put her in the position of reviewing municipal decisions and hearing contested matters at the local level. The experience gave her direct exposure to administrative hearings and the procedural rules that govern them. It also added a public service dimension to a practice otherwise anchored in private representation.
Her work combines courtroom advocacy and administrative representation. She has handled criminal defense matters and represented clients in hearings before local administrative bodies. Clients have brought a range of issues to her office, and she has managed both straightforward cases and those requiring longer-term litigation strategies. She continues to operate the Law Office of Stephanie M. Arrache and represents clients in criminal defense and administrative matters.
