About Stefan
Stefan Rozembersky built a varied academic foundation before entering law. He earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Harvard University in 2006, completed an MBA at Pepperdine University in 2008 and an International Business Certificate from Oxford University in 2007. He later received his J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law in 2013.
Rozembersky began his legal career in litigation. In 2013 he worked as a trial lawyer at Old North Law Group, where he gained hands-on courtroom experience early in his career. That role exposed him to the procedural demands of jury trials and motion practice. Over time he added federal admissions and appellate credentials to his portfolio.
He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut and holds admissions to the 1st and 9th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal. He is also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court. Those steps extended his practice beyond state court dockets and into federal appellate work.
Alongside litigation credentials, Rozembersky holds financial registrations: Series 7 and Series 66 licenses administered by FINRA. Those credentials reflect training in securities and investments, and they inform the regulatory and transactional questions that sometimes arise in his cases.
Colleagues and clients describe his career as a blend of courtroom practice and financial familiarity. He has worked on civil trials and motion practice, and he brings securities licensing experience to matters where finance and litigation intersect. He maintains current professional memberships and participates in the networks that support courtroom practitioners and financial compliance professionals.
Rozembersky founded Rozembersky Law Group, where he now sees clients. At the firm he continues trial work and handles appeals linked to his admitted jurisdictions. He also advises on points where litigation, regulatory compliance and financial licensure overlap. He keeps a practical, procedural approach to cases and emphasizes preparation before stepping into court.
He practices at Rozembersky Law Group, handling trial litigation and matters that involve financial regulation and appellate work.
