Stacey F. Herhusky is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in both California and Nevada. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993 and the Nevada State Bar in 1994. Ms. Herhusky holds bar number 168287 in California. She is currently a partner at Incline Law Group, LLP, a law firm located in Incline Village, Nevada. Her practice primarily focuses on family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support. Ms. Herhusky has been practicing law for over 30 years, serving clients in the Incline Village area and surrounding regions.
Ms. Herhusky earned her Juris Doctor degree from Whittier College School of Law in 1993. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at Southern Methodist University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990. During her time at Whittier College School of Law, she was recognized for her academic achievements and graduated with honors.

In addition to her legal practice, she serves as a director with the Far West Nordic Ski Education Association and is a member of the Sugar Bowl Ski Team and Academy Board of Trustees, reflecting her strong commitment to community and youth programs.
