About Spencer
Spencer Fielding graduated from Duke University School of Law in 2007. He completed a rigorous legal education at a time when the practice landscape was shifting, and he entered the profession as the economy and the law were both in flux. The degree set the foundation for a career that spans nearly two decades.
After law school, Fielding built a practice that operates across multiple cities in the Pacific Northwest. Over the years he has worked from offices in Tukwila/Seattle, Moses Lake, Yakima, Kennewick, Tacoma and Boise. That geographic footprint reflects a practice model that balances regional reach with local presence.
Fielding holds current membership in professional associations. He has maintained those ties as part of an effort to stay engaged with peers and developments in the profession. Those memberships have informed his approach to the law and provided ongoing educational opportunities.
His career has involved advising and representing clients through a range of matters. He has handled matters that require attention to local rules and regional courts, and he has worked across state lines when cases required coordination between offices. Colleagues describe him as steady and practical in day-to-day legal work. He is comfortable managing a caseload that requires travel and coordination across several locations.
Fielding’s work style emphasizes clarity and preparation. He focuses on building a practical record and on managing procedural steps carefully. He pays attention to deadlines and to the practical needs of clients who must navigate legal processes. That approach has shaped how he staffs matters and how he allocates time among the offices where he practices.
Outside of casework, Fielding has taken part in continuing legal education and in firm-level training initiatives. He has also spent time mentoring junior lawyers and support staff. He views those activities as part of maintaining effective operations across multiple offices rather than as separate pursuits.
Today Fielding continues to practice across Washington and Idaho from offices located in Tukwila/Seattle, Moses Lake, Yakima, Kennewick, Tacoma and Boise, serving clients who require representation in those regions.
