Shoham Segal built his practice from the ground up. He has worked in private firms and now runs his own injury law office. His career tracks through a steady series of moves that brought him into litigation and client advocacy in two states.
Segal earned his law degree at Nova Southeastern University. Before law school he completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at Florida International University, studying marketing and international business. Those two degrees shape how he organizes cases and communicates with clients.
He entered private practice in 2012 at Legon Fodiman PL. The early years were spent handling the day-to-day work of a litigation practice. In 2016 he joined Stok Kon + Braverman, where he continued to build courtroom experience and case management skills. Two years later, in 2018, he founded LVNV Legal - Injury Law Office. Starting his own firm shifted him from an associate role to principal lawyer and founder.
Segal holds licenses in two jurisdictions. He is a Licensed Lawyer and Counselor at Law with the State Bar of Nevada and a Licensed Lawyer and Counselor at Law with The Florida Bar. That dual licensure allows him to accept matters in both Nevada and Florida when appropriate. He maintains memberships in professional associations associated with those bars.
His work concentrates on injury law. At LVNV Legal he handles matters that arise from accidents and incidents causing physical harm. He represents clients through settlement negotiations and court proceedings. His practice combines litigation tasks, client counseling, and case preparation. He manages the office operations as founder and principal lawyer while overseeing case strategy and client intake.
