About Sheena
Sheena Lemmons began her academic path at Kent State University, where she completed a Bachelor of Arts in 2009. She later earned her Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School in 2016. Those years of study set the groundwork for a career that centers on criminal defense and the restoration of civil rights for people affected by felony convictions.
After law school she established a practice in Arizona. She is licensed to practice in that state and has built a practice that responds to the legal consequences people face after conviction. She founded Civil Rights Restored PLLC and has guided the firm through the procedural work required to seek restoration of rights, relief from collateral consequences and representation in related criminal matters.
Her work intersects with areas that draw organized professional support. She joined the National College for DUI Defense in 2021 and became a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in 2022. Those memberships reflect an engagement with continuing education and peer networks that concentrate on defending clients in DUI cases and broader criminal charges.
The cases she takes often involve the aftermath of convictions rather than only the moment of arrest. She assists clients who need help understanding how convictions affect employment, licensing, voting and firearm rights. She also handles active criminal defense matters, including DUI representation. Her practice involves drafting petitions, preparing clients for hearings, and appearing in court when relief or defense is pursued.
Colleagues and clients describe her approach as thorough and procedural. She pays attention to deadlines and the specific legal standards that govern relief from collateral consequences. She balances the paperwork and technical filings with direct client communication. The result is a practice that addresses both the legal steps and the practical questions that follow a conviction.
Sheena Lemmons maintains a local practice through Civil Rights Restored PLLC. She participates in national professional groups that focus on DUI defense and criminal defense. Her current practice focuses on restoring civil rights and defending clients in criminal and DUI matters.
