Shaune Brockton Arnold is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in December 1994. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Arnold is a managing partner at Finney Arnold LLP, a law firm located in downtown Los Angeles, California. She has been practicing law for over 30 years, serving clients throughout the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area and surrounding counties in Southern California.

Ms. Arnold earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated in 1986. She then pursued her Juris Doctor degree at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of the Law), graduating in 1991. During her time at UC Hastings, she received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy in her second year.

Ms. Arnold concentrates her practice in the areas of business law, estate planning, environmental law, and energy law. She represents individuals and businesses in matters involving legal compliance under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), real estate development, mergers and acquisitions, and the structuring of strategic alliances between companies. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout her career, Ms. Arnold has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years.

Ms. Arnold is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. She holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. She is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program. Ms. Arnold is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of Los Angeles County effectively.
