About Shannon

Shannon Alberts built her academic foundation on the study of politics and law. She earned a B.A. in Politics from Carroll College in 2012. Four years later she completed her legal education at Marquette University Law School, receiving her J.D. in 2016. Those years shaped a practical approach to legal problems and an interest in how laws affect everyday people.

After law school, Alberts moved into practice. She spent her early professional years handling a variety of tasks that are common in small law offices: client interviews, legal research, drafting pleadings and preparing for hearings. She gained experience across multiple stages of case work, from intake through resolution. Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing files and clear in communicating options to clients.

Her work has involved both contested and noncontested matters. She has handled negotiations and has taken cases before judges when required. In every file she aims to clarify the practical stakes for clients and to map out achievable next steps. That approach results in straightforward advice and case plans that clients can understand and act on.

Alberts also places emphasis on organization and case management. She uses routine review and calendaring to keep matters moving. That discipline is useful in small practices where a single attorney balances multiple client needs. She favors plain-language explanations and regular updates so clients know where a matter stands.

Today she practices under the name Lawyer Shannon Alberts, operating a small office that serves individual clients and small businesses. The office handles a range of civil matters, and Alberts remains involved in every stage of client work from initial consultation to resolution. She continues to prioritize clear communication and practical problem solving in her daily practice.

In the current year she maintains an active office and accepts new clients for consultation. Her practice focuses on providing direct legal assistance and guidance to private clients and small enterprises.
