About Sean

Sean Park earned his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1998 after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Florida in 1996. He left law school at a time when the legal market was shifting. He carried those first lessons into a private practice career that unfolded over the following decades.

He began his career after graduating from Tulsa, entering private practice and building a practice rooted in everyday legal work. Early on he concentrated on matters that brought him into local courts and business discussions. Over time he expanded the scope of his work to meet client needs across a range of common civil matters.

Park holds memberships in the Sandy Springs Bar Association and the Forsyth County Bar Association. Those ties keep him connected to local judicial developments and the bar community. He attends meetings and uses those professional contacts to stay current on procedural and administrative changes affecting practice in the region.

For the past several years he has operated from The Park Law Office. He runs a small firm environment where he manages client intake, case preparation and courtroom appearances. The office handles disputes and transactional work typical of small-firm practice. He takes responsibility for the everyday decisions that shape a client’s case.

His work spans a mix of civil practice areas. He represents individuals and businesses in matters that draw on experience in litigation and negotiated solutions. He also advises clients on routine business questions and document matters that arise in local commerce. The approach is practical and case-driven; he frames issues in terms clients can understand and maps out next steps in plain language.

Colleagues describe Park as a lawyer who manages the practical side of cases and the logistical details that keep matters moving. He balances a courtroom presence with the document work that often determines outcomes. He remains involved in the bar associations that reflect his geographic practice and uses that engagement to monitor changes in local courts and rules.

He currently practices at The Park Law Office, serving clients in Sandy Springs, Forsyth County and the surrounding area.
