Scott Gordon is a business attorney based in Salt Lake City, Utah, with over 28 years of experience in business law, intellectual property, and tax law. Throughout his career, Mr. Gordon has held various leadership roles, including serving as regional CEO and managing director for a Fortune 100 company. He has also acted as in-house and external legal counsel, board advisor, and executive for national and international organizations.
His international experience includes time in Asia and Europe, where he helped clients develop innovative solutions and establish networks in technology, manufacturing, and mobile accessory development. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Gordon has been an active educator and speaker. He has lectured for professional organizations, teaching negotiation skills, professionalism, and business law strategies for tax professionals and board certification courses across the United States. He has also served as special legal advisor to the Governor of Utah and as special legal advisory to the Utah Attorney General. Mr.
Gordon is a member of the Utah State Bar. He participates in sections such as Business, Estate Planning, Intellectual Property, and General Counsel. He is also affiliated with the California Society of CPAs, where he has served as an instructor and lecturer. Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Gordon is married and has eight children and a dozen grandchildren.
