About Sasha
Sasha Dadan earned her law degree from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2013 after completing a bachelor’s degree in public communications at Florida Atlantic University in 2010. Her academic path combined classroom study with practical legal training. It prepared her for courtroom work and client-facing roles early in her career.
She joined the Nineteenth Circuit Public Defender’s Office in 2014. There she handled trial-level matters and learned the rhythms of criminal defense work under pressure. In 2016 she moved into a different setting, taking a lawyer position at SafeSpace, a role that expanded her exposure to client counseling and working with vulnerable populations. Two years later she began practicing at Dadan Bonna Law PLLC, where she has been listed as a lawyer since 2018.
Dadan is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. That combination of credentials reflects both state-court experience and the ability to appear in federal appellate matters. Her professional track shows a steady progression from public defense to nonprofit legal service and then into private practice. She has handled hearings, trial preparation, and appellate filings during that progression.
Outside casework she maintains professional ties to the local bar. She has been a member of the Martin County Bar Association since 2017 and joined the Port St. Lucie Bar Association in 2018. Those memberships keep her connected to peers and the regional legal community. She is also a Florida notary through the National Notary Association, a credential that complements her practice services.
Colleagues describe her as pragmatic in court and straightforward with clients. Her background in public communications informs how she explains complex legal issues to nonlawyers. That communication skill has been useful whether arguing motions, preparing clients for testimony, or drafting briefs.
Over time Dadan has balanced trial work, client counseling and procedural filings. She splits professional time between litigation tasks and the administrative demands of running a small law practice. She currently practices at Dadan Bonna Law PLLC, providing representation for clients in matters before Florida courts and the Eleventh Circuit.
