About Sarah Aminzadeh
Sarah Aminzadeh Milinsky took a direct path into family law after finishing law school. She earned her J.D. from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law in 2021, enrolling in the program in 2018. The classroom years were steady and practical, shaping an early interest in the sorts of disputes that touch families and households.
After graduation she moved into practice in Texas. In 2022 she joined Goranson Bain Ausley as a family law lawyer. That move placed her in a firm environment where she could work on client matters from intake through resolution. Her work since joining the firm has involved representing individuals in disputes rooted in family relationships.
Colleagues describe Milinsky as methodical. She approaches new matters by gathering the facts and identifying the procedural steps the case requires. She has spent time preparing pleadings, meeting with clients to set expectations and working through settlement options. When court action is necessary, she prepares those materials that push a case toward a hearing or trial and coordinates the evidence her clients need to present.
Milinsky’s practice centers on issues that commonly arise in family law. She handles matters such as divorce and the division of marital assets. She also works on parental rights, custody arrangements and questions of support. Her role often requires navigating short statutory deadlines and the local rules of Texas courts. That practical, day-to-day courtroom and office work is a consistent part of how she applies the training she received in law school.
Outside the office, she maintains professional ties in the legal community and stays current on changes in Texas family law. Her career to date has been concentrated in a firm setting where collaborative work and case management are regular parts of the job. She continues to practice family law at Goranson Bain Ausley and currently focuses on representing clients in family-law matters.
