About Sara Jiries
Sara Jiries Saba earned a B.A. in anthropology from the University of Florida in 1998 and a J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2004. Her academic path combined social science grounding with formal legal training. She graduated into a legal market that demanded both courtroom readiness and client-facing skills.
After law school, Saba entered private practice. In 2006 she founded the Law Office of Sara J. Saba, P.A., and has served as its owner since then. Over the years she has managed the full array of tasks that come with running a small firm: client intake, case strategy, court appearances and the administrative work that keeps a practice running.
Saba is admitted to practice in Florida and in the Federal Circuit. Her work has centered on family law matters, a field reflected in her long-standing membership in the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar beginning in 2004. She has handled contested and uncontested proceedings, negotiated settlements and represented clients at hearings. Her approach aims to be pragmatic. She emphasizes clear communication and straightforward counsel during stressful proceedings.
Professional affiliations have been a steady part of her career. She joined Phi Alpha Delta in 2002 and remains a member. Since 2016 she has been part of the First Family American Inns of Court, an association that brings together judges and lawyers to discuss ethics and practice. These memberships indicate ongoing engagement with peers and continuing legal education.
Clients working with Saba can expect a lawyer who manages cases from intake through resolution at a compact firm. Her office handles filings and appearances, and she oversees each matter personally. The Law Office of Sara J. Saba, P.A. has been her base since 2006. Her current practice focuses on family law matters at that firm.
