Ms. Amato earned her Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2002, specializing in Intellectual Property. Prior to law school, she graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley, where she completed her undergraduate studies. After obtaining her law degree, she clerked for Judge Katherine Lucero of the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, in 2002.
Ms. Amato's practice areas include family law, business law, and employment law. She represents clients in matters such as child custody, child support, spousal support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, business contracts, business dissolution, and employment disputes. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in San Jose for several years.
