About Sahil
Sahil Malhotra earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, completing the program in 2020 after beginning his studies in 2017. His time in law school included hands-on training that helped shape his early legal interests. While still a student in 2018 he served as a Student Lawyer in the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law Trademark Clinic, participating in both the Basic and Advanced programs. The following year he took a position at the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a Trademark Law Clerk. The clerkship gave him exposure to federal trademark examination and administrative processes.
After law school he established his practice in Illinois and is admitted to practice in that jurisdiction. He maintains current professional memberships.
