About Ryan
Ryan Zeller blends legal training and business education in a career that spans more than two decades. He earned his Bachelor of Arts at Indiana University–Bloomington, then returned to Chicago to complete a Juris Doctor at DePaul College of Law. He also holds an MBA from DePaul University. The combination of law and business studies shaped the way he approaches client problems.
He began his legal career as an associate in 2003 at The Coleman Law Office. That early phase exposed him to the day-to-day demands of client representation and case management. Over time he moved from an associate role into firm leadership, eventually founding Zeller Law, LLC. He serves as the firm’s principal and managing lawyer.
Zeller is admitted to practice in Illinois and holds membership in the Illinois Bar Association. He has practiced under the rules of the Illinois bar for many years. His background in both law and business gives him a practical perspective on legal issues that have commercial implications.
Colleagues and clients describe him as methodical. He breaks complex problems into manageable steps. He tends to prioritize clear communication and factual analysis. Those habits trace back to his academic training and the variety of matters he handled early in his career. The managerial responsibilities at Zeller Law, LLC add another layer: running a firm requires balancing client work, staffing, and administrative tasks.
Today he leads Zeller Law, LLC from its office in Illinois. He continues to handle client matters personally and oversees the firm’s operations. His practice combines legal advising and business-minded problem solving. He focuses on advising individuals and businesses on legal and business issues as part of his current work.
