About Ryan Robert
Ryan Robert Bauerle earned his law degree from Regent University School of Law in 2011 after completing a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance at Southern Methodist University in 2008. He moved from a business education into law at a time when many lawyers were rethinking practice and procedure. The combination of finance and law informed his early work in family law and complex financial issues that often accompany domestic cases.
He began practicing in 2012, working in a series of law offices that provided exposure to different courtroom styles and client needs. Early roles included positions at Warren & Migliaccio, Robinius, Sutton & Harper, The Foust Firm and Level 2 Review. Those years offered frequent courtroom appearances and hands-on casework, building a base of practical experience. In 2017 he became a partner at Goranson Bain Ausley, a step that reflected his steady move into leadership within his firm.
Bauerle is board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. That credential marks a distinct level of training and testing in family law matters under Texas standards. He also pursued professional development and bar involvement beyond his firm duties. He was part of the State Bar of Texas Leadership Class for 2018–2019, an experience that placed him alongside peers from across the state who take on voluntary bar leadership roles.
His professional memberships span local, state and national organizations. He holds memberships in the American Bar Association Family Law Section and the State Bar of Texas Family Law Section. Locally he participates in the Collin County, Dallas and Denton county bar associations and their family law sections, and he is active in several young lawyers associations. He is also a member of the District of Columbia Bar, the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists and serves as a fellow of the Texas Family Law Foundation. Civic and professional groups such as Genesis Young Leaders and the St. Thomas More Society of Dallas are also on his roster.
Those affiliations inform the type of matters he handles. His practice addresses divorce, child custody, and property division, including cases that raise questions of valuation or complex financial arrangements. He appears in family law dockets and works on cases that require both negotiation and trial preparation. Colleagues note his steady courtroom manner and his willingness to engage on detailed financial issues that often arise in domestic litigation.
He practices at Goranson Bain Ausley and remains active in bar sections and educational programs related to family law. He currently focuses his practice on family law matters including divorce, custody and property division.
