About Ryan Patrick
Ryan Patrick Dugan graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 2000. He completed his J.D. at a time when Florida’s legal landscape was shifting, entering practice as new technologies and changing regulations began to reshape routine work. That education provided the baseline for a practice grounded in state law and trial-level experience.
Dugan launched his own practice in 2004 under the name Law Office of Ryan P. Dugan, P.A. Running a small firm required long hours and handling a wide range of matters. Those years sharpened his grasp of client intake, case management and courtroom procedure. He later took an of-counsel role at Titan Law, PLLC, where he joined a larger team while maintaining ties to his solo practice background.
He is a current member of The Florida Bar. His career has remained centered in Florida jurisdictions, and he has kept an active license while working across private practice settings. Colleagues describe him as someone who prefers practical solutions and clear communication; clients have relied on him for steady representation through disputes and routine filings. He has not been publicly associated with academic appointments or bar leadership roles.
Dugan’s work spans matters commonly seen in state courts. He has advised clients on litigation strategy and handled courtroom proceedings. Running a solo office early in his career meant he picked up skills on every facet of a case, from pleadings to trial preparation. Moving to an of-counsel position allowed him to focus more on substantive legal work while drawing on broader firm resources when cases required it.
Those who have worked with him note an emphasis on procedural clarity. He tends to prioritize deadlines, evidence organization and practical trial readiness. The shift from solo practice to of-counsel reflected a professional adjustment rather than a change in subject matter: he continues to handle contentious matters and routine court work alike, applying the same procedural discipline he developed in private practice.
Today he maintains connections to both his former solo firm and Titan Law, PLLC. He practices in Florida and remains an active member of the state bar. His current practice centers on state-court litigation and related civil matters in Florida.
