About Ryan C.

Ryan C. Bushore received his law degree from Trinity Law School, earning his J.D. in 2013. He completed his legal studies after an earlier career move into real estate, a background that continues to inform his work. During law school he developed an interest in property and administrative matters, areas that later shaped his professional path.

After passing the bar, Bushore became licensed to practice in California and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also holds a long-standing license as a real estate broker, registered with the California Department of Real Estate since 2004. That combination of legal and real estate credentials gives him familiarity with both transactional and regulatory aspects of property law.

In 2020 he served as a hearing officer on the Orange County Assessment Appeals Board. In that role he presided over property tax disputes and handled evidentiary hearings, issuing recommendations related to assessed valuations. The position placed him at the intersection of local government procedure and land use valuation, and exposed him to the practical mechanics of assessment appeals.

Before and after his time on the board, Bushore has worked in capacities that draw on his broker’s license and legal training. His experience spans administrative hearings, real estate matters and litigation filed in state and federal forums. He has moved between roles that require courtroom familiarity and ones that demand a working knowledge of valuation, contracts and regulatory filings.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in hearing facts and practical in applying rules. He tends to take a measured approach to disputes, separating procedural questions from substantive valuation or title issues. He is comfortable taking cases to administrative tribunals as well as handling matters that advance to state courts or the Ninth Circuit.

He practices under the name Ryan C. Bushore, Lawyer at Law, and maintains an active presence in both state and federal jurisdictions. His current practice includes real estate and administrative matters arising under California law and in the Ninth Circuit federal system.
