About Ryan A.

Ryan A. Fogg is an attorney who has built a practice concentrated in Florida courts and federal districts across the state. He handles litigation that reaches both state and federal forums. His work has taken him before trial judges and into contested hearings, and he maintains active admissions in multiple federal districts as well as the Florida Bar.

Fogg earned his J.D. from Charleston School of Law in 2009 after completing a Bachelor of Arts at Wofford College in 2006. His education set the groundwork for a career that moved quickly into litigation roles. The transition from law school to courtroom practice came in his first year as an attorney.

His early career began in 2009 at Wicker, Smith, O hara, Ford, McCoy, PA, where he worked on civil matters handled by the firm. In 2011 he joined Cole, Scott & Kissane, PA and continued to develop his litigation experience. Those years provided routine exposure to client work, discovery disputes, and motion practice, all under the pressures of calendar-driven litigation.

He later became a partner at Halberg & Fogg PLLC. At the firm he shares responsibility for case strategy, client counseling, and courtroom representation. The partnership role also involves managing files and coordinating trial preparation. Fogg’s professional memberships include The Florida Bar and local and national bar groups. He has been a member of the American Bar Association since 2009 and of the Palm Beach County Bar Association since 2009 as well. His membership in The Florida Bar remains current.

On the admission side, Fogg is licensed in Florida and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, and the Northern District of Florida. Those admissions allow him to press and defend claims in federal court across the state.

Colleagues describe him as steady in court and methodical in preparation. He leans on courtroom experience gained over more than a decade of practice. He handles contested matters that require courtroom presence as well as negotiated resolutions when the facts and law allow.

Fogg’s current practice is based at Halberg & Fogg PLLC, where he continues to represent clients in state and federal matters. His practice concentrates on litigation in Florida and in the federal districts where he is admitted.
