Ronald Keith Stitch is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1981. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Stitch is the founder of the Law Offices of Ronald K. Stitch, a law firm located in Westlake Village, California. He has been practicing law for over 45 years, serving clients throughout Los Angeles and Ventura counties.
Mr. Stitch earned his Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1979. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Pepperdine University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1975. He also obtained a Master of Arts degree from Claremont Graduate School in 1976, focusing on Zoning and Land Use, with his thesis on the California Coastal Plan.
Mr. Stitch concentrates his practice in the area of family law, representing clients in matters involving divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, and mediation and collaborative law. He is certified as a family law specialist by the State Bar of California's Board of Legal Specialization. His practice encompasses all stages of family law proceedings, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Stitch has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles and the Superior Court of California for the County of Ventura. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a general civil litigation firm in Westlake Village for several years.
Mr. Stitch is an active member of the Ventura County Bar Association and the American Bar Association, including the Family Law Section. He is also a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution. He is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Los Angeles and Ventura counties effectively.
