Roger R. Soroka is the managing partner at Soroka & Associates LLC, a law firm based in Columbus, Ohio. He has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 2007. The firm, located at 503 South Front Street, Suite 205, handles cases in personal injury, criminal defense, DUI/DWI, and civil litigation across Ohio. Born in Kiev, Ukraine, Mr. Soroka moved to Cleveland, Ohio, at the age of eight. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business, with a focus on Finance and Accounting, from Miami University in 2004. He then pursued his Juris Doctor at Capital University Law School, graduating in 2007. During law school, he worked by clerking for the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.
After obtaining his law degree, Mr. Soroka worked with several well-known firms in the Columbus area. In 2009, he co-founded Soroka & Associates LLC, focusing on criminal defense, business law, and civil litigation. The firm practices in all Ohio counties and both the Northern and Southern U.S. District Courts of Ohio. Mr. Soroka has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio (2010), the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio (2012), the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan (2019). Mr. Soroka's practice areas include personal injury, criminal defense, DUI/DWI, and civil litigation. He has significant trial experience and has been lead counsel in a wide variety of cases. He has been recognized in Super Lawyers Rising Stars, an award limited to the top 2.5% of lawyers under 40 in each state.
