About Rod

Rod Khavari earned his Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University in 1999 and went on to receive his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2004. Those years bracket a period of study that took him from Texas to Oklahoma. He finished law school in the early 2000s and entered the legal profession shortly thereafter.

Khavari’s legal education placed him in programs known for practical training and courtroom preparation. He completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Tech before pursuing a law degree that emphasized both doctrinal study and hands-on skills. The sequence of degrees — B.A. in 1999 and J.D. in 2004 — marks a steady progression from general undergraduate study to professional legal training.

After graduating from law school, Khavari began his work as an attorney in the mid-2000s. Over the years he has handled matters that reflect the realities of day-to-day legal practice. Colleagues describe him as methodical in approach and attentive to case details. He has maintained professional associations and stayed active in the legal community, continuing to engage with peers and professional groups as his career has progressed.

His practice has evolved alongside changes in the legal landscape. He has balanced court work and client counseling, adapting to shifting procedural rules and client needs. That blend of courtroom exposure and client-facing work has shaped the way he evaluates cases. Clients and other lawyers have noted his deliberate preparation and steady courtroom presence when matters proceed to trial or hearing.

Outside of casework, Khavari has invested time in keeping current on legal developments. He participates in continuing legal education and professional gatherings. Those activities feed directly into his practice, informing litigation strategy and transactional decisions alike.

Today he continues to practice law, representing clients and advising on legal issues that arise in ordinary business and personal matters. He maintains an active legal practice and remains involved in the professional community while focusing on serving his clients’ immediate legal needs.
