Rock Rocheleau built a legal career that reads like a steady climb through one firm and the local courts. He began in the trenches, returned to the classroom, and then moved into a leadership role at a Nevada practice that handles divorce matters.
He attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, completing his J.D. in 2019 after beginning studies in 2016. Law school landed him in the courthouse as a law clerk the year before he graduated. That clerkship offered daily exposure to courtroom procedure and judicial decision-making.
Before law school, he worked as a paralegal at RIGHT Divorce Lawyers in 2008. That early work gave him direct experience on client intake, case preparation and the document work that keeps family law matters moving. He returned to RIGHT Divorce Lawyers after earning his degree.
By 2019 he was serving as Managing Lawyer at RIGHT Divorce Lawyers. In that capacity he handles case oversight and day-to-day lawyering. He supervises case strategy, coordinates filings and guides clients through the various stages of divorce litigation and settlement. He also works with staff on case management and document preparation.
His time as a court clerk sharpened his understanding of judicial calendars, evidentiary practice and the routines judges follow in family court. That background shows in how he approaches hearings and prepares motions. It also informs how he prepares clients for what to expect at trial or settlement conferences.
He maintains professional memberships and participates in the local legal community. That involvement keeps him connected to practice trends and procedural developments in Nevada family law. He practices in Nevada and handles matters that require knowledge of local rules and state statutes.

He practices out of RIGHT Divorce Lawyers’ Nevada offices and works across the firm’s locations to serve clients in the state. He focuses his current practice on divorce and family law in Nevada.
