About Roberto Luis
Roberto Luis Seda built a technical and business foundation before turning to law. He earned a B.S. in engineering from Oklahoma State University in 2001, followed by an MBA from Oklahoma City University in 2003. He later completed his legal studies at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, receiving a J.D. in 2012.
His early career combined engineering and business disciplines. That background informs how he approaches complex transactions and title work. He holds a Certified Quality Engineer credential from the American Society of Quality, a credential more often seen in manufacturing and process environments than in law offices.
Seda entered private practice soon after law school. In 2013 he joined Ball Morse Lowe PLLC as a lawyer and partner. He spent several years there handling matters tied to energy, land, and title issues. In 2019 he opened Seda Law Office PLLC. He remains the owner and manages an office structure that includes locations in Norman and Lawton, Oklahoma.
He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, and North Dakota. Those admissions allow him to work on matters that cross state lines, particularly in the energy and land sectors. He also serves on industry and professional bodies that shape local standards for real estate title work.
Since 2013 he has held a membership and at times leadership role on the Oklahoma Title Examination Standards Committee, a group that sets guidelines for how title examinations are conducted in the state. He joined the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen in 2013 and maintains that professional affiliation. He has volunteered with the Trinity Legal Clinic of Oklahoma since 2012, providing pro bono assistance through a community legal aid program.
Seda’s practice draws on his technical training and on-the-ground experience in land and title matters. He works on title examinations, property and mineral interests, and transactional matters that involve overlapping legal and technical issues. His engineering background informs how he reviews surveys, leases, and chain-of-title documentation.
Clients encounter a lawyer who balances attention to technical detail with practical legal analysis. He keeps a local practice footprint while accepting matters across multiple jurisdictions. Seda Law Office PLLC handles title and land matters out of its Norman and Lawton offices and continues to accept cases in states where he is admitted to practice.
He is currently practicing as the owner of Seda Law Office PLLC, concentrating on title, land, and related transactional work.
