About Robert Stone

Robert Stone Jeffrey is an attorney who completed his legal education at Florida Coastal School of Law, earning a J.D. in 2010 after beginning his studies in 2007. He entered the bar world at the start of the decade and moved quickly through several roles that brought courtroom and firm-side experience.

He began his career as an associate at Combs, Greene McLester in 2010. Those early years provided hands-on exposure to client work and litigation practice. He handled research, drafting and courtroom preparation while learning how smaller firms manage heavy caseloads.

In 2014 he joined Rafool & Hernandez, LLC as an associate. The work there broadened his practice and gave him greater responsibility on cases. Three years later he took on partnership roles. In 2017 he served as a partner at Rafool, LLC and also held a partner position at Jeffrey & Enriquez, LLC. Those moves marked a transition from associate responsibilities to firm leadership and client development.

In 2018 he became principal of Jeffrey Law, PA. As principal he oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and client matters. That role places him at the intersection of case strategy, client counseling and firm administration.

He is admitted to practice in Florida and is admitted to the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court. Those admissions reflect a practice that operates in state courts and holds the capacity to present matters at the highest federal level when necessary.

Outside of his firm work he is involved in the legal community in Miami-Dade County and participates in the Miami-Dade County Bar Association. He is also a member of The Federalist Society. Those affiliations connect him to local bar activities and national legal conversations.

Colleagues describe him as a practitioner who has moved steadily from associate roles to partnership and then to firm leadership. He has built a practice over more than a decade by taking on increasing responsibility and maintaining an active presence in the local bar. At Jeffrey Law, PA he maintains a private practice handling a range of matters in Florida.
