About Jacqueline

Jacqueline Pons earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2019. She completed a course of study that combined traditional classroom work with practical skills training. That foundation shaped the early years of her legal practice.

After law school she began practicing in Florida. She is licensed to practice in the state and has built a practice rooted in the local courts and regulatory framework. Early assignments included client counseling, motion practice and appearances in state proceedings. Over time she expanded those responsibilities into managing files and guiding clients through the steps of litigation and transactional matters.

Her work has involved advising individuals and businesses on legal rights and obligations under Florida law. She handles pleadings, discovery, negotiations and courtroom hearings. She also spends time drafting agreements and advising clients on compliance questions that arise in routine business operations. Colleagues describe her approach as pragmatic. She favors clear explanations and practical next steps over dense legal theory.

Pons practices through Pons Law P.A., where she represents clients across a range of matters governed by Florida law. Her office handles both contested proceedings and nonlitigation matters, and she divides her time between client consultations, preparing documents and appearing in court where needed. She maintains an active practice in Florida and continues to represent clients at the state level.
