About Robert
Robert Shainess studied politics at Ithaca College and earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1997. He went on to law school at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, where he received his J.D. in 2001. Those years set the course for a practice centered in Minnesota.
He began his legal career in private practice. By 2003 he was described as a trial lawyer at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A., a role that placed him in the courtroom and on complex civil matters. The early years of his career gave him direct experience in litigation and courtroom procedure.
In 2011 he is listed as a lawyer at Capstone Law, LLC. That listing indicates continued practice in the Minnesota legal market and work within a firm environment.
