About Robert
Robert Shainess studied politics at Ithaca College and earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1997. He went on to law school at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, where he received his J.D. in 2001. Those years set the course for a practice centered in Minnesota.
He began his legal career in private practice. By 2003 he was described as a trial lawyer at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A., a role that placed him in the courtroom and on complex civil matters. The early years of his career gave him direct experience in litigation and courtroom procedure.
