Robert S. Williams is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1976. His license is currently in active status. He has been practicing law for over 50 years, serving clients throughout Kern County and the surrounding areas.

Mr. Williams earned his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1976. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Bakersfield, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Public Administration in 1973. During his time at Santa Clara University, he developed a strong foundation in legal principles that have guided his extensive legal career.

He is also a certified specialist in bankruptcy law through the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, a designation he has held since 1995.
