About Robert M. Wilson
Robert M. Wilson III built his legal foundation at Tulane University, where he earned a B.A. in History, Political Science and Philosophy in 2009. He went on to the University of Arkansas School of Law and received his J.D. in 2013. The combination of a broad undergraduate liberal arts education and a state law degree shaped an early interest in both courtroom procedure and transactional work.
He began practicing in 2013 under his own name. A year later he moved into public service as a deputy prosecuting lawyer for the Sixth Judicial District. That role put him in court regularly and exposed him to case preparation under trial conditions. In 2017 he joined Wilson & Associates, PLLC as a partner, taking on more responsibility for firm operations and client work. Two years after that he became managing partner at Lawyer s Title Group, a move that expanded his practice into title and mortgage-related matters.
Wilson holds credentials across multiple jurisdictions. He is certified by the Arkansas State Bar and holds certification for practice in the Eastern and Western Districts of the federal courts within the Eighth Circuit. He also holds certification through the Tennessee and Mississippi bar organizations. Those certifications reflect a practice that spans state and federal venues.
His professional affiliations trace a path between commercial and local bar organizations. He has been a member of the Arkansas State Bar since 2013 and has represented Central Arkansas for the Arkansas Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section. He has belonged to the Pulaski County Bar Association since 2017 and sits on the board of the Pulaski County Bar Foundation. He is also a current member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Arkansas, the Judge Henry Woods Inns of Court, the Commercial Law League of America and NARCA.
Colleagues describe Wilson as someone who moves easily between litigation settings and transactional files. His time as a prosecutor gave him courtroom experience and an appreciation for case strategy. His subsequent partnership and management roles required overseeing client matters, supervising staff and handling complex title and mortgage issues.
He maintains active involvement in both state and regional bar groups and in industry associations that address commercial and real estate finance. He currently handles title and mortgage matters, commercial law issues and litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
