Robert Lewis Firth is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2004 and holds bar number 231432. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Firth is the principal attorney at the Law Office of Robert L. Firth, a law firm located in Cathedral City, California. He has been practicing law for over 20 years, serving clients throughout the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas.

Mr. Firth earned his Juris Doctor degree from Washington University School of Law in 1975. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Virginia, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Affairs in 1972. During his time at Washington University, he was a member of the Order of the Barristers, an honor society recognizing excellence in oral advocacy.

Mr. Firth concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, bankruptcy, real estate, and business formation. He represents individuals and small business owners in matters involving the creation of living trusts, wills, and other estate planning documents. His practice also includes assisting clients with debt relief through bankruptcy proceedings, as well as advising on real estate transactions and business formation. His work encompasses all stages of legal representation, including initial consultations, document preparation, negotiations, and court proceedings.

Throughout his career, Mr. Firth has handled numerous cases in the state courts of California, particularly in Riverside County. He has also appeared in federal bankruptcy courts, representing clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Prior to establishing his own firm, he worked in hotel development and franchising on the East Coast and later co-founded a large estate planning practice in Wisconsin, where he drafted over 1,700 living trusts and wills.

Mr. Firth is an active member of the Inland Empire Bankruptcy Forum and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association Graduate Trust and Fiduciary Tax School. In 2012, he received the Client Satisfaction Award from AVVO. He is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
