In 2025, Bob was elected to partner at Baird Holm LLP, reflecting his commitment and contributions to the firm. He holds several prestigious certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and the GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC).
