About Robert Feltman
Robert Feltman Jr. began his professional life at the intersection of public policy and law. He holds a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center (2020), as well as both a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration (2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science (2017) from Texas A&M University. His academic path reflects an interest in the structures behind public decision-making and the legal rules that shape them.
While in law school he gained practical experience that would shape his early litigation work. He served as a law clerk at Rothfelder & Falick LLP in 2018, where he supported case preparation and conducted legal research. The following year he worked as a law clerk for Grundy & Associates, assisting attorneys with filings and discovery. Those stints provided courtroom-adjacent experience and regular exposure to case strategy and document drafting.
After earning his law degree, he moved into private practice. In 2021 he became an associate lawyer at Broemer & Associates, PLLC. In that role he handled a range of responsibilities typical for early-career trial attorneys, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and supporting hearings and trials. Colleagues describe his approach to work as methodical; he focused on learning courtroom procedures and practical advocacy.
Feltman’s academic background in public policy and political science informs his approach to disputes. He brings that perspective to case analysis and client counseling. He is comfortable digging into factual records and statutes, and he emphasizes practical next steps when advising clients. His training at both Texas A&M and the University of Houston gave him familiarity with administrative as well as judicial processes.
He is licensed to practice in Texas and has built his experience within that jurisdiction. Over the years he has balanced courtroom preparation with client-facing responsibilities. He has continued to refine litigation skills acquired during his clerkships and early associate work, handling document-intensive matters and courtroom filings.
As of 2026 he practices law in Texas and concentrates on civil litigation and client representation in state courts.
