Robert C. Skramstad graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1993 and has spent his career practicing law in multiple states. He is admitted to practice in Michigan and Connecticut. He has worked in private practice and provided consulting services to a range of clients, balancing courtroom work and advisory assignments over the years.
Early in his career Skramstad put his Michigan law degree to use in matters that required close attention to procedure and client objectives. He moved between litigation dockets and transactional files as needs dictated. That range of early work shaped a practical approach to problem solving. He learned to prioritize clear client communication and careful legal analysis over theatrical courtroom gestures.
Over time Skramstad broadened the scope of his practice to include work across state lines.
